Investment in a CRM solution usually goes in deployment, which represents only 15% of business value created with the solution. But the usage of information and technology by people represents 85% of business value created with your CRM. 

In collaboration with the Laboratory of Systemic Modelling of EPFL, we have designed the SEAM Canvas to reduce time and efforts spent on deployment of Salesforce features  allowing to dedicate more capacities on user adoption..
