Lucien Etzlinger is a highly experienced consultant in customer relationship management with more than 15 years of experience. He held an Executive function in an international consulting firm as a member of the Swiss Executive Board of Logica and has worked in multiple industries, holding various positions such as Founder, CEO, CTO or external consultant.

Mike has 30 years experience in the financial services industry, in business development , dealing, technology product development and management roles. He worked for 3 leading fintech companies and launched Bloomberg’s presence in Germany and subsequently 4 years in Asia, including the opening and management of their Sydney office.
